The Sanctuary Cap Cana Golf and Spa was designed by the renowned architects Andres Pineiro and Juan Carlos Pineiro. The concept of the hotel was inspired by the classic and romantic Spanish colonial village. Replicas of the villages found in the Americas during the Spanish colonial era are interspersed throughout the Sanctuary Cap Cana Golf and Spa. One of the most remarkable points in the design concept of Sanctuary Cap Cana Golf and Spa is the harmony achieved by combining the designs of the classic Spanish colonial village, the sensuality of Caribbean architecture, and the modern minimalist design accents.
