An insider secret, Neo hotel is a newly renovated modern 11 bedroom hotel near the West Pier. Five minutes from the buzz and seconds from the sea it is ideally located in the secluded streets between Brighton and Hove.
The hotel is a beautiful Georgian grade II listed townhouse set over 3 floors where modern oriental opulence meets regency romance by the sea. Decorated by its owner - an interiors stylist (Elle Decoration, etc) it is individual and sexy - a thoroughly 21st century Bed and Breakfast.
All 11 rooms are decorated in a highly individual style with original wallpapers ranging from stunning designs by Ralph Lauren & 1930s prints by Florence Broadhurst to custom designed papers by Alexander Beauchamp and even archive Cole and Son Prints. Bathrooms are designed to complement with matt black mosaic tiles, large chrome shower heads, cone basin sinks and slick polished chrome.
The hotel is a grand old listed building and a few rooms do not have their own bathroom. Beautiful satin kimonos are provided for the comfort of those in these rooms and bathrooms are shared between no more than 2 rooms. All rooms have five star pocket sprung club beds, white cotton sheets, TV & DVD facilities (choose from our well stocked DVD library), broadband wireless internet access and Bodum Kettles for making drinks. Guests are also treated to our own in-house organic all in one hair and body wash in soothing ginger, mandarin and clary sage or uplifting lemon grass, thyme, and rosalina.
The newly opened bar also combines cool with comfort where you can sit and sip a cocktail in decadent style on white leather banquettes or just share a bottle of wine with friends. And we do recommend you get up for our breakfast even if you had a late one the night before!

We do recommend you get up for our fabulous breakfast which an RAC inspector recently put in her top ten of the year.
Wake at your leisure - we serve breakfast at a reasonable time at the weekend and don't expect you to get up at the crack of dawn� after all you're probably on holiday. Chill out with the papers in our light, airy breakfast room with arched windows, marble fireplace, beautiful antique mirror and crystal chandelier.
Service comes the old fashioned way and you can choose from yummy things such as American style fluffy blueberry pancakes with organic maple syrup creme fraiche and crispy bacon or full English with oven roasted vine tomatoes and Sussex pork sausage. Watch out for the specials board too.
