Luxury contemporary properties with a living room and kitchen situated on the ground floor with French doors opening onto the terrace with patio furniture and excellent river views. One double and one double/twin bedroom on the first floor with two bathrooms, one being en-suite.


Two bedroom apartment (sleeps 4)

Spacious duplex hotel apartments with a variety of river views. The living room and kitchen is situated on one floor with a shower room and two double/twin bedrooms with a bathroom on the other floor, some are ensuite.

One apartment has only one bathroom.


One bedroom apartment (sleeps 2)

The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor with living room & kitchen positioned on the second floor.

The River Restaurant, which has magical views over the riverside is a fine dining Devon restaurant where each course builds to a culinary masterpiece.  The atmosphere matches the rest of the Dart Marina Hotel, Dartmouth - relaxed, chic, understated elegance.  Chef, Mark Streeter delights in using local, seasonal ingredients - sourced from the waters, pastures and producers of the South Hams area of South Devon.


Wildfire Bistro

Step into the Wildfire Bistro & Bar, best kind of Devon seafood grill, and immediately feel the change of atmosphere – think ‘Slow Food – Fast’, soft jazz, acoustic guitar, cocktails and champagne.    Delicious, squeaky fresh Devon seafood, fantastic local beef, pork and lamb, grilled and served with home baked breads and home-made triple cooked chips, large bowls of salad, side dishes and pastas, unmentionable puddings and lots and lots of atmosphere!   Wildfire is the kind of place you arrive early with your Sunday papers, and end with bubbles and lobster as the sun goes down.  As the air cools, the outdoor fires are lit and life just seems to get better and better.


The Floating Bridge - Riverside Pub
