Broholm is one of the oldest manor houses in Denmark, set in idyllic countryside on eastern Funen. After a 100 years, the newly restored, late-Gothic main building is now open to the public during the summer, and it is possible to arrange private parties and business meetings throughout the year in the authentically furnished rooms.

After a lengthy slumber, Broholm has now been thoroughly restored and modernised to accommodate guests looking for a unique and exclusive place to stay. All our suites and rooms are different, entirely depending on which historical personages left their mark on them. They all offer such magnificent views that even the drowsiest of guests will be enticed to the window before going down for breakfast.

For parties of 6 guests or more, we can arrange a weekend break steeped in the atmosphere of country manor living.


The beautiful surroundings are perfect for an early morning run or a stroll through the grounds. Guests are also welcome to go fishing in the lake and the moat, and our collaboration with Oure International College of Sports means that we can arrange tennis, golf, squash and team-building activities nearby.
