The Parveaux Family: 3 generations
The property was acquired in 1956 by Raymond and Yvette PARVEAUX who transformed it into a high-quality hotel-restaurant.
After studying at the Ecole Hoteliere of Paris and gaining some experience abroad their son, Albert, stepped into their shoes. With his wife, Christine, herself also a child of hotel-and-restaurant owners from Provence, they would develop and embellish Castel Novel.
Today their eldest daughter, Sophie PARVEAUX SOULIE, armed with a solid professional education, receives the guests as friends. “Simple luxury” remains the credo of the place.
Nicolas SOULIE, her husband, is chef de cuisine.
