A delightful conversion of a medieval castle into a luxury hotel in the Pousada group with the former agricultural land surrounding being converted into a superb garden in which many plants of the region are grown.
The castle has fascinating architectural details of Mudejar, Gothic and Manueline styles. One of the main features of the castle are the round towers and high walls which are most unusual in the region.
