Four modern clean and hygienic A-class large spacious double ensuite cozy rooms having modern amenities are available in our posh Kerala Home stay. These bedrooms are accessible only to our resident guests. Germicidal cleaning of the rooms is done daily to maintain the hygienic standards. All rooms have excellent cross-ventilation to enable air to enter the rooms and the rooms also have appropriate lighting. All windows either open with view to the paddy fields and the garden or the Banana cultivation allowing enchanting views from the rooms. All the 4 bedrooms have AC fitted in them and can be made AC and Non-AC rooms according to the need of the guests.

 

All the 4 ensuite bedrooms are of above 200 sq. ft. There is a dressing room within the 3 ensuite rooms with wardrobe fitted in. The third ensuite room without a dressing room has wardrobe within the bedroom itself. This bedroom without the separate dressing room is compensated with the bedroom and bathroom being made spacious than the other 2 ensuite rooms. Overall the space for all the ensuite rooms is the same.  All the bedrooms have family cots with Bed. Single cots will be provided, if required. Extra beds in the room can be provided at a reasonable extra charge. Thus each bedroom can accommodate 2 persons or at maximum 3 persons. Curtains are provided at all windows. Bedcover, sheets, pillow and blankets (when air-condition is required) are provided in the bedrooms. A writing table and chair is provided in all bedrooms. Two bedside drawers are also provided. A wastepaper basket is also kept. All the 4 bedrooms of our “Swapna Koodaram - Kerala Village Home stay” bungalow have ensuite Western type WC bathrooms. Hot and cold water is available 24 hours. Hot water is provided in all bathrooms at no excess cost. There is a clothes-hook in each bath/shower room. A sanitary bin is provided in all bathrooms. All rooms have clean floor surface and are in excellent condition.
