In 1999, the old Harbour Master's House was extensively re-build, relocating the restaurant to the first floor with panoramic sea-views.

Fresh fish is landed daily on Howth Pier, oysters and mussels come from the West Of Ireland, lobster and crab claws are caught by the restaurants own fishermen in Balscadden Bay.
