The Residenza d'Arte is situated in the town of Torrita di Siena, a 14th century village in stone a few kilometers from Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, and Cortona. It rises majestically on a splendid hill surrounded by cypresses and age-old olive trees, which act as picture frames for the stupendous panorama. The typologies of rooms are three, Suite, Superior room or Junior room. The Suites are the rooms big, comparable for dimensions to an apartment. The Superior rooms are really spacious and besides the bed room have also a wide hall. The Juniors rooms do not have the hall, but they are any way very comfortable.
