The Residenza d'Arte is situated in the town of Torrita di Siena, a 14th century village in stone a few kilometers from Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, and Cortona. Each romantic and welcoming room is unique, enriched by warm shapes, figures, hues, and colors, prepared in every slightest detail with the clear intent of astonishing and enchanting our guests’ emotions. Wooden beams, fireplaces, arches, and old stone walls have been carefully restored to their original splendor and mingled with significant works of contemporary art and design, thereby creating a special union of the poetry of the ancients with all the modern comforts. Our splendid rooms face a charming panorama and come with bathrooms that include showers and independent hair dryers; air conditioned, mini refrigerators and satellite TV; and independent entrances and parks that face a hill immersed in a sea of nature. The typologies of rooms are three, Suite, Superior room or Junior room. The Suites are the rooms big, comparable for dimensions to an apartment. The Superior rooms are really spacious and besides the bed room have also a wide hall. The Juniors rooms do not have the hall, but they are any way very comfortable.

Positioned between the Val D’Orcia and the Val di Chiana it offers a sort of natural heaven to the visitor. The sweetness of its hills invites to splendid excursions and for the one that is lover of the horseback riding to unforgettable walks through uncontaminated paths. To few Kms. of distance from the structure there is a center of horseback riding. The meaningful concentration of so many of the most important thermal basins, that allow to spend the stay in the agreeability in the comfort and in the relax of thermal cares.
