the hotel has a french restaurant which serves the best of french cuisine with an extensive wine list and a sweeping view of the al bustan bay. the hotel also has an informal modern theme restaurant overlooking the gardens, a bar which serves light snacks, the finest cocktails and liqueurs. there is also a pool bar which is opened daily and a nightclub where traditional lebanese food is served.
