Tancat de Codorniu is situated in a privileged region due to its excellent climate, the orange groves which surround the estate and the beach located at merely 200m from the hotel.
The estate stretches out over 3,5 acres of land and is completely enclosed (hence its name, "Tancat de Codorniu" or Closed Codorniu), with 2.500 orange trees in full production and the house built back in the XIX century.
There are also two swimming pools, one for children and another for adults.
The estate enjoys easy access through two main routes (the A-7 motorway and the national-340 road) and is in a privileged position nested between the banks of the river S�nia and the Mediterranean.
