In the beautiful wooded valley of the Tay, sits one of Scotland's most unique hotels: Kinnaird.
Situated in a magnificent 9,000 acres of spectacular Perthshire countryside, the Kinnaird Estate comprises the original Edwardian mansion and eight charmingly furnished individually-styled cottages, located at secluded spots around the Estate.

All of the nine bedrooms in the big house have been named by Mrs Ward after locations on the Kinnaird Estate. Each one stylishly decorated and designed in its own distinctive way, featuring a gas log fire, as well as a luxuriously appointed bathroom, in the traditional style of the house.

�Kincraigie' is at the Southeast corner of the house, with a view of the river from the bedroom, and of the garden from the spacious bathroom.

�Craignuisq' is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. It enjoys a view of the garden from the dressing room, and is a comfortable answer for guests who prefer not to climb stairs.

�Loch Skiach' is a spacious and handsome master suite just above the main drawing room, the �Cedar Room', in the wing added by Lady Ward in 1928.

The Kinnaird bear, known as �K' sits on every bed, with a badge which asks �Do Not Disturb'. Put him outside your door and ensure privacy.
