Lower Guest Suite

This spacious suite features a queen size feather bed, dinning room with French doors opening to a private patio, with a view off the pool and mountains and a full size kitchen.

Patio Studio

Adjacent to the swimming pool, this comfortable studio features a living room and bedroom combination with a built-in queen feather bed and French doors opening on to a semi-private patio shaded with blooming fruit trees. Also included is a full kitchen and full bath.

Artis Studio

This studio where Sir Winston Churchill once painted is now a lovely suite with a pine floored living room, the original large north facing window overlooking the mountains, and a separate bedroom with an antique queen sized iron sleigh bed. This suite is elegantly furnished and has a full kitchen and stone shower.

Upper Guest House

This is a large suite with extraordinary views of the mountains, pool and courtyard. This suite has a private stairwell, antique furnishings from around the world, a large living room, full kitchen and full bathroom. It has a twin-king feather bed and a private balcony outside of the bedroom.

The Library

Once the unofficial cultural center of Palm Springs, this room features a high wood beam ceiling, fireplace, and French doors that lead to a shaded patio. Idyllically reminiscent of days when literary discussions and chamber music flourished in this room, you will enjoy exploring the bookshelves filled with rare and first edition books. This room also offers a full bath, separate dressing area, handmade queen sized four poster bed and oriental rugs.

The Adobe Room

Originally the master bedroom of the villa, this inviting room is located adjacent to Great Hall with easy access to the pool and the poolside fountain. Awake in a handmade queen feather bed, situated to provide you with a view of the San Jacinto Mountains upon first opening your eyes. Garden Suite A
Located in the adjacent courtyard adobe, this is a large one-bedroom suite with a handmade king/twin feather bed. It also offers a full kitchen, a unique stone fireplace in the living room and patio doors leading to a private patio.
