An impeccably restored Victorian gem, The Marquesa is set right in the heart of Key West's Historic District. It has been transformed from a group of 1884 "conch houses" to a beautifully renovated small hotel. A compound of four buildings set around a lush interior garden and two swimming pools, the Marquesa offers 27 guestrooms and suites in a quiet retreat for those wanting luxury and privacy.
All rooms are immaculate, light and airy, equipped with all amenities including telephone, television, air conditioning, marble bathrooms with bathrobes, hairdryers, in-room safe and ceiling fans. Luxury Hotel Accommodation
The Marquesa is an intimate, smoke-free, full-service hotel with 27 rooms and suites (13 Junior Suites, 6 Deluxe Rooms, 4 Poolside Standard Rooms, 4 Standard Rooms), located in the heart of Key West's Historic District. The buildings, dating from the 1880s are beautifully restored and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The two and three storey buildings surround a large tropical garden with two pools (one heated, one air temperature). Gratis, off-street parking is available. The Marquesa offers 24-hour concierge service. The Marquesa Hotel is the only "Orivs Endorsed Lodge" in Florida.
Junior Suites
Junior Suites come equipped with California king beds, large sitting areas with a living-room grouping of furniture, including sofas that open to queen-sized beds) and furnished private porches or terraces. These are our largest rooms and, because these are old houses, vary in shape and size. They feature marble baths, central air conditioning, telephones (with data ports), hair dryers, make-up mirrors, bathrobes and security safes.
Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe Rooms come with one queen bed, plus a living room grouping with queen sleeper sofas (we also have deluxe rooms with two queen beds). They also feature marble baths, central air conditioning, telephones (with data ports), hair dryers, make-up mirrors, bathrobes and security safes.
Poolside Standard Rooms
Poolside Standard Rooms come with one queen bed, have a view of the garden and pools and have an outside, shared deck. They also feature marble baths, central air conditioning, telephones (with modem capacity), hair dryers, make-up mirrors, bathrobes and security safes.
