Guests of The Fisher Island Hotel & Resort reside in faithfully restored Vanderbilt-era Cottages, luxurious one-bedroom Villa Suites with sitting rooms, private patios and hot tubs and spacious one-and two-bedroom Seaside Villas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and adjacent to the private Beach Club. All registered guests receive a complimentary golf cart for use during their stay.

Spacious accommodations located in the guest quarter section of the original Vanderbilt estate steps from the Spa Internazionale and the Tennis Center. Each Junior Suite has elegant marble flooring, a separate sitting area, wet bar and bedroom area with two queen size beds. Luxurious baths featuring separate vanities, dressing area and a large Jacuzzi-style tub.
Courtyard Villas:
Luxury accommodations located in the main Vanderbilt Mansion area, adjacent to the beach. The Courtyard Villas feature a king size bed, sitting area, separate vanity and bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
