The Warwick Seattle Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, bordering south of the lively Belltown neighbourhood, boasting some of the city's most popular restaurants and live music clubs. The hotel is two blocks from the monorail station, 90 seconds from the Seattle Center, home of the Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Seattle Opera, Pacific Science Center and Key Arena.

Due to space limitations, it is not possible to put a roll-away bed inside this room. It can, however, interconnect with another king-bedded room. Shower chair and TDD equipment for hearing and vision impaired (lights for phone and doorbell) is available upon request. Hotel is ADA approved with some limited mobility around public areas.
