The Hay-Adams offers 145 guestrooms, including 20 suites, all of them recently renovated and featuring views of the White House, Lafayette Square or St. John's Church, the "Church of the Presidents." Lavish d�cor including ornamental fireplaces, intricately carved plaster ceilings and balconies adorn selected rooms. Soft tailored upholstery combined with luxurious linens make these guest quarters among the most elegant in the world.
