The Edgewater features 107 guest rooms and suites of many variety. There are 56 spacious lakefront rooms with 1 king or two doubles, 25 Junior suites with separate bed and livingrooms, 22 economical standard rooms with one queen bed, and 6 gorgeous lakefront one and two bedroom suites for families, vips or hospitality events. Original tower has 8 floors with a variety of suites and the east wing has 4 floors housing 40 lakefront doubles.
OUR IN ROOM AMENITIES
Dataport phones and/or high speed DSL, voicemail messaging, weekday USA Today newspaper, coffee & brewer, satellite tv, hairdryer, iron & board, alarm clock radios, large fluffy signature towels, desks with reading lamps, nightly turn-down service features bedside bottled spring water, ice refill, towel refresh, and weather forecast. Some standard rooms and suites provide a mini-fridge, and/or microwave, wet bar, and dishes. Personal shoeshine and local health club passes with transportation upon request.

Standard Queen Rooms are located on each floor of the main tower. Each comes with one queen bed, and while limited in size, it is perfect for the short term or economical visit. Some are equipped with mini-fridge and wet bar and all are have dataport phones, desks, hairdryer, iron with board, coffee with brewer and nightly turn-down services.
Junior Suites
Junior Suites are located in the tower in various areas of the building and a variety of views which include the State Capitol building and/or Lake Mendota. There is nothing Junior about these two room suites however! Each comes with a king bed located in the private bedroom and a livingroom with queen size sofa sleeper, dining table and second television. Some have second bathrooms or a walk-in kitchenette featuring wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave and serving dishes. All Suites are have dataport phones, desks, hairdryer, iron with board, coffee with brewer and nightly turn-down services.
One Bedroom Lakefront Suite
Full view of the lake and pier in this very large one bedroom suite perfect for entertaining or families. Each comes with a king bed located in the private bedroom with walk-in dressing vanity and a livingroom with queen size sofa sleeper, dining table and second television, large buffet style walk-in kitchenette featuring wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave and serving dishes. All Suites are have dataport phones, desks, hairdryer, iron with board, coffee with brewer and nightly turn-down services. One and two bedroom suites must be booked directly through a phone call to the property from Luxe Hotels due to limited inventory.

Lakefront Doubles have a full view of beautiful Lake Mendota and the Edgewater Pier.
