This very pretty family house, has three twin bedrooms and is set in a quiet south-facing spot in Sotogrande. The warmly decorated sitting room has an open fireplace with a large chimney breast leading up to the high pitched ceiling. You can wander through French doors out to a delightful tiled dining terrace, surrounded by terracotta pots and flowering plants trailing from the red roof. This is the spot to sit in a comfortable wicker armchair and take in your new surroundings. Stroll around the grounds, which has raised flower beds and tree surrounded pool (there is a great gazebo here for lunch time snacks). Or if it has been a long journey and bed beckons, two of the bedrooms, which share a bathroom, are on the ground floor, both with doors to the garden, whilst the large master suite upstairs has a balcony. When you surface next morning, you will find a breakfast table in the wood finished kitchen. There is also a separate dining area, divided from the kitchen by a trellis screen. Breakfast will probably be a short affair - everyone will want to be in the pool as soon as possible.
