Dining is at the picturesque Jetty restaurant and features superb International, Creole and Chinese cuisine, drawing on the many different cultures and tastes to be found in the Seychelles.

Single rooms are not normally available, but can be requested and a single supplement will apply. Facilities La Reserve has two restaurants serving a wide variety of food for their guests. The 'Jetty Restaurant' has a stunningly romantic setting.� A covered jetty expands outwards onto the sea and looks onto the giant granite rocks on one side and the Anse Petite Cour Bay on the other side. At daytime guests can enjoy the beautiful view of Curieuse and Booby Island across the turquoise sea. At night, the nearby granite boulders are illuminated to create a dramatic effect and together with the lights of the many yachts anchored between Curieuse Island and Anse Boudin they provide the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner. Another stunning feature is the natural aquarium underneath the jetty. Hundreds of fish and marine life gather here day and night. The main bar is situated in a beautiful colonial style house. This was the owners' residence before the Hotel was developed and its furnishings and design create the perfect Creole atmosphere. The view is exceptional, facing the bay.
