| Hotel Description This "Taste of Ulster" restaurant welcomes visitors all day for an imaginatively planned selection of dishes or snacks, prepared of course, from the best Co. Antrim produce
Overlooking the garden courtyard, this award-winning restaurant takes in the original 17th century stables and wine cellar, and contrasts intimate snugs with whitewashed walls and warm mellow brick with well-aged timbers.
Dinner is from 6.30 pm. Savour the delights of a unique blend of classical and new Irish cuisine perhaps featuring well aged, pan fried peppered fillet of beef flamed in Bushmills whiskey or our fabled sticky toffee pudding. Reservations are recommended, even for residents.
Please use the restaurant section to the right to view a menu of your choice.
ARRANGEMENTS
FOR SMALL PARTIES
Our restaurant can offer an ideal setting for small informal occasions. The hotel declines large parties and weddings as they can take over, rather than absorb, the inherently warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. As residents, however, are normally away from the hotel during the day we can on week days take larger parties for lunch.
There are really four distinct areas of our Restaurant and depending on commitments to resident guests, the most suitable section or tables will be reserved for your party.
The sample set menus displayed will hopefully give you a flavour of the Bushmills Inn experience. For Luncheon parties, which are often for overseas groups visiting the Giants Causeway, we would tend to offer a "Taste of Ulster" while for dinner we would normally develop a menu based on our current Restaurant menu. We strive to make each party memorable and, what ever the occasion, we always print personalised full colour menu cards as a souvenir of the day.
Luxury Hotel Accommodation
The oak-beamed Loft with its fireplace "snug" is the gateway to the Mill House on the banks of the River Bush.
Here these spacious and creatively designed guest rooms, discretely accommodating modern technology, all have their own sitting room area, small dressing room and, of course, private bathrooms. There are six Superior rooms that are slightly different, three have four-poster beds and all enjoy enhanced furnishings and services. There are two family rooms adored by children - they climb a ladder to a mezzanine area with two full sized beds. Because of the ladder it is not suitable for young children.
Complementing the Mill House are the original Coaching Inn rooms, all of different shapes and sizes. These budget price rooms are smaller, en suite but with either a bath or shower, and mostly overlook the village main street.
SMOKING POLICY - All bedrooms and Restaurant are 'Non Smoking'
PETS - In consideration of all potential guests no dogs or pets are permitted in guest bedrooms. Guide dogs for the blind are welcome. Hotel ReviewsThere are currently no reviews for this hotel Back to previous page |
