This is a very special place. The staff were fantastic, the food magnificent and the whole experience fabulous. Took my sister who had recently finished chemo and radiation treatment for breast cancer and the whole experience was very restorative and positive for her and myself. Brilliant!

I have just returned from 7 days of absolute bliss at Gaia. It is truly heaven on earth! I needed to get away to be by myself & clear my head. I am now completely relaxed & re-energised. Greg & all the fabulous staff at Gaia are truly wonderful & made my stay more perfect than words will ever say. The girls in the Day Spa are gorgeous & their treatments are divine. I will be telling all my friends about Gaia & will definetely go back again & again.

I recently had the opportunity to spend 4 wonderful days melting away the stress of a hectic life at beautiful and soul-restoring Gaia. And as if all Gaia has to offer isn't enough, I also had the added good fortune of being there as part of the specialty retreat, run by Michele Chevalley Hedge, called the Nourishment Cleanse. After just 4 days of being treated more like a welcome friend than a just a resort guest by Gregg and his wonderful team, and the expert noutritional advice from Michele, I left Gaia feeling physically and spiritually refreshed for the first time in years.
