Hotel Description

In the beautiful Bay of Saint-Jean, Eden Rock is like an island set in the turquoise sea. David and Jane Matthews with Jane's sister, Pamela Parker, have created an English country-house atmosphere in the tropical sunshine, with beautifully individually decorated luxury suites and rooms and particularly exciting restaurant choices created by the young chef Jean-Claude Dufour. Perfect sandy beach and watersports.
