Hotel Description
In the heart of the golden triangle, opposite the Grand Théâtre, the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa is back on centre stage as an exceptional product after an authentic restoration.

When we look at this building's history we understand why the Grand Hôtel is so important to the people of Bordeaux.

Its neoclassical façade, which is in perfect harmony with that of the Grand Théâtre ─ both were created by architect Victor Louis in 1776 ─ is also a major reason for the Grand Hôtel's prestige.

In 1999, Bordeaux businessman Michel Ohayon decided to buy this façade and the adjacent buildings with the firm intention of reviving the myth of the Grand Hôtel.

Eight years later, he had achieved his goal, and at the end of 2007 the doors of what is now called the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa opened revealing a world more majestic than ever, brilliantly orchestrated by designer Jacques Garcia.
Luxury Hotel Accommodation

The majestic hall of the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa designed by Jacques Garcia is impressive. Marble, Bordeaux stone, warm-tone fabrics (plum, mauve, deep red), 18th century-inspired furnishings, original floral creations: an invitation to peace and tranquillity.

The suites and rooms are in the same spirit, they are places of calm and luxury. Each detail has been given great attention in the purest refinement. You will get a sensation of serenity and comfort thanks to this hushed wellbeing.
