General Description
The palatial lake-fronted Park Hotel Bremen set in large tranquil gardens on the edge of Bürgerpark, two kilometres from Bremen's old town. It has 175 guestrooms spread over four floors, decorated in warm tones with plush furnishings, and offering lake or park views. Guests can pamper themselves in the hotel's extensive wellness centre, Spa'rks, which features a large selection of steam baths, saunas, and pools, as well as massage treatments, fitness equipment, an outdoor pool and hair and beauty salon. The hotel is set within extensive parklands with picnic areas. There are ATM banking facilities and multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk provide currency exchange, express check-in and out and can arrange childcare and a laundry and dry cleaning service. Business guests are well catered for with a computer rental service, technology helpdesk, business centre and fully-equipped conference facilities. Motorists will find free parking spaces or the hotel can arrange an airport transfer. The hotel runs aerobics, yoga and pilates sessions, has a running track and rents bicycles for exploring the local area. The adjacent parklands are ideal for bird watching, or those keen to explore the town will find Bremen Town Hall and the Market Square are both two kilometres from the hotel. The hotel will be undergoing maintenance work from the 9th June until the 28th August 2008 and there may be some noise disturbance as a result.
