Luxury Hotel Accommodation
Rooms & suites at Burg Schlitz

An air of luxury…

As an impressive castle with extraordinary lodgings and high-quality gastronomy it is our matter to give our guests not a typical hotel atmosphere but a feeling of "living at a castle".

That way our rooms are equipped very individually, with antiques and made-to-measure furnishings in Biedermeier style from the German workshops Hellerau, Dresden. Valuable Bedouin and silk wares are replenishing each room with its special colour design and oiled floorboards with a very special experience.

This grand double room located beside the Count's suite offers a changing room and a bathroom with a free standing bath as well as a shower. Here you may enjoy the view overlooking the Caroline chapel.

Elegant suites
Size: 89 square metres
Here has been living in former times the count's family. The parquet flooring is originally belonging to the times of the family Bassewitz-Schlitz and is partly well-preserved. The Count's suite has today a study room, a salon, a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower, a walk-in wardrobe and is also furnished with valuable antiques. In the salon you may find an eye-catching restored historic ceiling with gold-plated panels.
