Hotel Description
A very warm welcome to Nunsmere Hall Hotel. Nunsmere is the classic English country house. In a grand Victorian mansion you will enjoy old world hospitality of the highest order. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and as rewarding as possible.

In the heart of the Cheshire countryside, with beautiful gardens and bounded on three sides by a magnificent lake, Nunsmere is a tranquil haven where you can thoroughly relax and unwind.

Our 28 bedrooms and 8 suites are all individually designed and superbly appointed. The renowned Crystal Restaurant provides a la carte dining with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients.

Nunsmere is one of the most sought after venues for wedding receptions in the North West. The exclusive ambiance and friendly, attentive service also attract the corporate customer. We have four well-equipped meeting rooms and there is wireless access in all the public areas.

All this luxury is much more affordable than you might think – another good reason to relax!

We look forward to welcoming you to Nunsmere, your luxury home from home.
Luxury Hotel Accommodation
Nunsmere has 28 bedrooms and 8 suites. Each is individually and tastefully designed with antique furniture and fine fabrics. The blend of the antique and the modern creates a sense of timeless elegance.

There’s plenty of space to stretch out and the bathrooms are generously proportioned, too. Most rooms enjoy views over the charming gardens or wooded shores of the lake.

You’ll enjoy our little touches. Televisions in some of the bathrooms, for example. Jugs of fresh milk instead of tiny pots of UHT. Cute wooden models of sleeping cats to leave outside your room instead of the usual ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs.

Our friendly, efficient service is our hallmark. We will make sure Nunsmere feels like your home from home. You’ll never want to leave!
Facilities
A charming feature of Nunsmere Hall Hotel are the beautiful Italian gardens. These have been lovingly restored to create a tranquil haven of colour and scent. Guests are invited to stroll around the lawns and terraces at their leisure. The gardens lead down to the lakeside and provide a pleasant walk, perfect for working up an appetite or for enjoying an after-dinner constitutional.

The rhododendron bushes blaze with colour in the summer months and an avenue of silver birch trees is striking in the autumn. The centrepiece of the gardens is a well-stocked pond, over which arches a rustic bridge. This romantic scene has delighted many a young bride, with the wedding photographs taken here proving a memorable highlight for their albums.

The gardens also add splendour to the views from all our superior rooms and provide a pretty backdrop for guests taking tea on the terrace.
