All our guest bedrooms are individually designed, but Room Eleven's handsome walnut bed and sumptuous decoration is typical of our luxury doubles.

Each is styled with an antique or king-size double bed (twin beds are available on request), comfortable chairs or sofa, writing desk, plus a dressing area with fully fitted wardrobes, trouser press, iron and ironing board - and a hospitality tray.

Walls are covered in tactile velvets, silk brocades, or hand-printed papers. And discreetly hidden inside a splendid Gothic cabinet, you'll find a 30" flat screen television, DVD player, safe, plus a mini-bar. Every room has a Bose Wave sound system and direct-dial telephone with voicemail.

Bathrooms are finished in marble and Venetian glass mosaic, with luxury robes, warm fluffy towels, and exclusive toiletries.
