"Exceeds all expectations"

A group of us (12 pax) took up 5 apartments with BYD Lofts. Direct booking via their reservations was a breeze, Alex was swift in responding to our email queries and made all the necessary arrangements accordingly.

Our stay was great, the apartments exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and super stylish with all the modern appliances you need. You just wish you could have a home exactly like this.

We were looked after by a very customer-oriented front desk team throughout. Special mention to Buw who mans the night shift, he met multiple requests from various rooms with prompt service and a ready smile even into the wee hours.

There are convenience stores just steps away if you need a midnight snack. The free internet allow us to immediately upload our holiday photos to share with friends daily.

We really enjoyed our holiday and will definitely recommend BYD to anyone who wants to go to Phuket.

“The friendliness and care and the superb service made me smile all day&night”

The quality of the modern high tech big penthouse appartment with everything you needed inside, the sofisticated nice new Thai style was impressing.

The staff were always there to help you at once, with their honest smile and care for your well being.

The manager Alex was always there to make sure you feel good at his place and the staff were the very best I believe.

The price for living in this high standard with service and food and drink was far below what I use to pay for this living. I be happy to recommend this place to nice people.

Dear Alex, I am safe back home in cold and dark Norway now.

I am sorry I did not thank you in person Alex, for the very nice and friendly service you and your superb staff gave me and my friends at your place.

I have travelled a lot but this is the most relaxing and smiling place I have ever lived.

I am honored to stay with you and everything was perfect for me.

The location, the roof pool with cool fresh water for my morning swim, the nice massage from Noi the specialist on neck accident that I have for 7 years, I feel better already, the room service, the fast and clever cleaning, the safety staff. The quality of food and drink and careing from your smart employee. The superfast dry cleaning service impressed me also a lot, In Norway they use 3 days to clean a suit and a shirt. You did it in 2 hours and 45 min. No kidding.

Also very nice for me that the price for this kind of high level service and food and drink is so decent and really give a lot of value for money.

Please give my love and respect to your wonderful hard working staff, that made my stay like a dream. Room 402 was perfect for me also.

“excellent”

my first time in a serviced apartment. Was very impressed with the space and location. The apartment s are pretty new and the staff very friendly and helpful. My daughter left her luggage key at home and they broke the lock for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff members.

“Ridiculously stylish rooms!”

I was travelling with a group of 4 friends and we shared a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of space, style and the quality of the furnishings and appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at the property!

“BYD... Why would you stay anywhere else”

We recently stayed a total of 30 nights at BYD and we could not have been happier with our decision. From day one when the arranged new taxi picked us up at the airport the service was fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble for all the staff. The maids were so friendly and did a great job. The front desk girls were so friendly and they spoke really good english. We met the owners and the manager who were never to busy to stop for a chat or to ask if everything was going well.
The wine collection shop was a added bonus. Reasonably priced wine and you could have it delivered to your table in the resturant. How good was the resturant? The staff were so efficient and friendly and they also spoke good english.
The location was so central for us. Just of the main street but not to far to walk to the beach or into the main entertainment areas. Just next door was a great sandwich shop and also a lovely lady called Tip who did our laundry.

We cant wait until next year when we return hopefully for a longer period of time.

"Amazing"

I would like to make a comment; having stayed at BYD 3-times I must mention that you have a great group of employees, front desk, housekeepers, tech support and restaurant. They are all very professional and so polite. It makes staying at BYD an additional pleasure.

I filled out a questionnaire when I departed last week stating that everyone was terrific. However, you have 1-employee that towers above all others. I feel so embarrassed that I can never remember her name. Many times she is not wearing a name tag, but, by now, I should have her name implanted in my mind. She is shown on your internet site. She now has a desk near the elevator but still covers the front desk at times. She always has a beautiful smile and is so helpful on all matters. I stay in many hotels in America and other countries but have never encountered a hotel employee that is her equal. She has assisted me with billing matters, tech help as well as airline bookings. Whatever she is being paid I assure you she is worth more. I would be tempted to visit BYD if only to see her. I hope the owners of BYD appreciate her value. She is magnificent!!

Excellent!! *****5 Stars
Byd Lofts is awesome! When I first got there I was greeted with a cold towel, and a nice glass of fresh orange juice. Everyone at Byd were nice and very helpful. They even knew by my first name! Not one frown on anyones face, smiles everywhere. I was also upgraded to the 100 sq ft room as well. The room is amazing, very modern furniture, flat screens, ipod deck, etc. Byd is a 3 min walk to the beach, and 10 minutes walking distance to Bangla Rd. I will be coming back to BYD. A special thank you to the BYD Management.
