The Labriz Silhouette comprises 105 contemporary villas located on the white-sand beach of Silhouette Island, 20 kilometres from Mahe. A lake-side pavilion offers teppanyaki while another Japanese fusion restaurant located near the beach features a sushi bar. Also near the beach, there is a pizzeria with wood-fired oven for light snacks. A fine-dining Italian restaurant features a well-stocked wine cellar and, lastly, once a week, a resorted plantation house offers a genuine Seychellois dining experience.
