The hotel's accommodation is designed to offer a calm sanctuary to busy guests. There are 235 generously sized rooms, of which 172 are Hyatt guestrooms, including 32 non-smoking rooms and two rooms for physically challenged guests. In addition, floors five and six are dedicated to the exclusive Regency Club�, Hyatt's "executive floor", which offers additional privileges and facilities for the executive traveller. There are 11 suites that enjoy Regency Club� privileges.
