Leading Hotels of the World has just announced the following new member hotels in the following locations: Bahrain, Egypt, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States, Barbados and the Dominican Republic.

Al Areen Palace & Spa, Bahrain

Rating: 5 Star

Al Areen Palace & Spa, an all-villa resort blending Middle Eastern palace style with contemporary flair, is situated 35 minutes from Manama, Bahrain. Guest accommodations are in 78 one- and two-bedroom villas — each with a private outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, dining room and authentic Arabic majlis or sitting area; some also have private kitchens. Restaurant offerings include Al Bustan for all-day dining; El Morocco featuring regional specialties and live entertainment; L’Ile for grilled meats and seafood; Vertigo Bar & Lounge; the Lobby Lounge and Pool Bar.
