Morgans Hotel Group have added another superb boutique hotel to their collection. The Ames Hotel in Boston follows the usual exceptional standards that Morgans Hotels are famous for. The Romanesque-Byzantine building has been transformed into a 114-room luxury hotel and exudes luxury in every detail.

The hotel was designed by noted architect David Rockwell and is owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners, also owners of Boston’s John Hancock Tower.

The design team preserved original fixtures such as the marble-and-brass staircase and the lobby mosaic. The exterior also was preserved.
