We believe that no travel agent can possibly know all the holidays and hotels that are on sale around the world. We prefer to use our industry knowledge of who provides holidays to the area of the world you are interested in, and direct you to them. These tour operators are the experts who specialise in selling and promoting their own holidays and their staff are highly trained specialists in these areas. It is important to us that you to get the holiday you want.
Liabilities
Below is an outline of our limitations and liabilities to you. By using this site you are agreeing to these limitations in full and you are also agreeing to accept the application of English law to govern matters between Drake & Cavendish and yourself.
Booking your holiday
Drake & Cavendish will not make any arrangements, act as a go between or take any money from you in relation to your holiday. Your contract will be with the tour operator or hotel you have selected to use for your holiday arrangements and you will be subject to their terms and conditions.
All holidays on drakeandcavendish.com are provided by UK based tour operators. All these operators are ATOL bonded to provide you with financial security – if you would like further information relating to ATOL protection or to check an ATOL licence of a tour operator, please visit www.atol.org.uk
Drake & Cavendish do not accept any liability or responsibility for the quality or standard of any of the holidays that you are sold by the tour operators featured on drakeandcavendish.com. Drake & Cavendish is not liable for any injury and/or damage to persons or property occurring during or as a result of any holiday taken as a result of enquiries made through this website.
